MATT KANE LIES AGAIN!
MATT HAS BEEN BLOGGING THAT I AM BEING MONITORED BY THE NSA, CIA, DOD, AND THE FBI. I'M NOT...and Matt has been caught in yet another group of lies.
I called all of the government offices, and all representatives denied any association with me at all. The suggestions about what to do with Matt's obsessions regarding my personal and professional life was noted and every person told me to get him into court with the evidence I and others have about his lying comments and vulgar language.
Matt's recent emails to my home contain such obscene language that my server put them in quarantine, labeled ADULT MATERIAL. Matt blogged I was being tracked and monitored by the DOD (Dept. of Defense) as a DOMESTIC TERRORIST! The truth is that MATT'S obscene language has been noted and HE is being monitored! The reason it is labeled ADULT2 is due to his routing messages, and only because I had Replied with "Thank you for the evidence of vulgarity" did the emails have any information about my email address. His "LAST WARNING" email contained filthy language, and this is his pattern of internet abuse. He has been monitored before and the FBI has a file on him for stalking.
SO, if Matt accuses you of any wrong-doings, just keep the evidence for a court trial of LIBEL against Matt Berdyck Kane or Matthew Smith (and many other akas). Libel is a felony when the material defames one's character. Matt has not cared about this, continuing to libel others also.
I did note Matt has recently commented on a blog that he is advertising for a "hitman" to punch a man in the face for which he will pay $100 through PayPal. (The policeman laughed and said Matt shouldn't be surprised it is illegal to hire people to physically injure another unless he is stupid. I said Matt is not stupid, just intensely disgusting.) I told him Matt has taken my own BlogSpot name and put "not" in front of marjoriebard, hoping people will not note his low-life mode of using one's own BlogSpot URL to fool the public. Can anything he says or does be trusted? I say "not."
It is sad as well as I am sure horrifying as well as disgusting to have to continue to put up with what you are putting up with maybe it is time for you to take that next step that was suggested of finally protecting yourself as well as the other people from this unbalanced as well as hateful & small person & take him to court all of the evidence is self explanatory & he like others like himself tend to hang themselves every time. This is some of the worst kind of bullying & need's to be stopped. For Face Book to even allow someone to put something like that on their site I don't feel help's them win any popularity contest's.
ReplyDeleteDec. 3: Matt (Berdyck) Kane/Smith/Jones (and many aliases) is now embroiled in a bullying/stalking event from Nov. 27- now at the Orange Dr. Manor Hostel in Hollywood, CA. He is blogging about being bullied by the staff after he was told to leave the lobby where he was "causing trouble." I don't remember the exact circumstances, but you can read his blog and the response of the staff member, Tracie, who has been forced to respond to Matt's nasty blog (with legal tactics forthcoming). Just search for "orangemanorhostel" OR Orange Manor Dr. Hostel in Hollywood, CA, and Tracie's description of what transpired. While Matt always blames someone else for his actions, the truth is found in his victims' words. In this case, more than one staff member pursues options.
ReplyDeleteWhile Matt was blogging to another victim of his bullying that he was sipping champagne with VERY (his caps) important famous people in NYC, he was, on Nov. 27th to Dec. 1st, continuously living in a hostel in L.A. (as he often does, and did during Oct.). This $36 a night (specifically noted by Matt) is the ultra-fancy mansion in Hollywood which he has been baiting me about: "living it up with other famous writers." Granted, it is a large home, even called a "mansion" by some, but it isn't as Matt has been describing it and his lifestyle within it.
I read quickly through the long several-part blog by Matt, who, as always, is seeking pity and blaming others for the trouble he starts. But the staff and guests have a different story about why Matt was finally told to leave the hostel. I won't make any further comment about that incident; you readers find the blogs and decide for yourselves.
I should say, though, that Matt has been blogging on "Couchsurfing Seattle" that I am obsessed by his "famous lifestyle and nationally-known filmmaking career" and am panting to find which mansion he is living in and who his famous friends are. He never pays attention to the fact that I lived in Beverly Hills for about 50 years and still know people there who read what my nonprofit org is doing, and two industry people emailed me weeks ago about this "mansion." One lives there occasionally when money is slow coming in, and he recognized Matt's identity from his bragging...and the blogs Matt writes about/to me. I haven't blogged anything about Matt lying about this mansion and resplendent lifestyle; I was just glad to hear he was working and had hopes for a change in his attitude and behavior. I was wrong. (If you don't believe I haven't mentioned the lies, you can read Matt's bait on "Couchsurfing Seattle" and see that I never responded to his bragging). If he weren't so vulgar and didn't tell so many lies about his victims, I'd almost feel sorry for him. But once you let down your guard with Matt, he stabs you in the back with sharp-cutting, absurd lies. Adult bullies and stalkers rarely change. Children can be educated on how relate to others, but not adults who have honed their skills to deceive. Adult bullies will be recidivists and so very few "reform." All of the kindness you try just flies back and smacks you. I began by trying to help Matt in May, and since then all I have received are blogged lies which defame. The proof is in his first filthy emails to me and then the nasty blogs. I can only try to keep my spotless reputation by responding with the truth, but I have lost to a longtime bully-stalker with the ability to sound as if he is telling the truth. I apparently did not have the proper training as a child to address the villains, just those who can reason. It's frustrating -- and very wearing on the soul and body!
Anyone who really has a brain knows who you are as well as what you stand for. I had to come to terms with that when I had some I will be polite as you know how important etiquette is when you have class as well as a life which he keep's proving how little of both he has as this woman who took advantage of me in one of the lowest point's of my life. The Boston Marathon Bombing. She not only committed identity theft but gave me the worst case of writer's block just when I was about to start writing. To get past it I had to come to terms with the fact that anyone who knew me knew that I was nothing like this woman who stole not only my name but created a Radio Show using my name that I intent to legally change my name to as well as went so far as to commit identity theft using the name that My Godmother me. On Word Press because she is so Matt Kane like. she had been plotting the whole thing for quite some time & totally blocked me until I took my power back. I am waiting with baited breathe to see where Zippy The Pin head ends up. then we can all breathe freely again. If we are lucky. I'm feeling lucky with the year that I have endured how about you? You wonderful good busy person who actually has a life and Isn't like misery who just loves that company?
ReplyDeleteThanks, Jackie. I appreciate your comment and feel that Matt has to come to some conclusion about his future ASAP. I don't care if he lies about his status regarding his lifestyle, but now he has an opportunity to alter a terrible background...and I know in my heart he isn't going to change and will end up wishing he had taken a real chance on a "normal" life of honesty and integrity. I don't think he has it in his "soul" to change, but look what a better life he could have if he would only put away his bad habits and move forward to being really happy. I'm sure he will say he IS happy, but we all know he can't be. This is his one real opportunity, and I just wish he had a good alter ego.

DeleteShe says take a chance at a normal life? Really, when any employer, or owner of an apartment sees all these lies they won't hire me or give me a place to live, so the only think I can do is stay on the road and keep making films.

Matt: you have posted Google, LinkedIn, and Facebook (plus more websites I only hear of) lies about me since you supposedly left Los Angeles, and you are surprised we are "still here," responding?
DeleteI have only had the unfortunate experience of knowing you since May, and you have been jobless, homeless, in court/ jailed, and experienced in bullying/stalking/threatening people's lives since you were 20. At 37/38, you are still ruining others' lives without any conscience. You believe your many victims have NO right to respond to the lies about us which you spread all over the web. So, "we" have not destroyed your life. You have done it all by yourself.
You find someone you don't like and blog lies about them, threaten their personal and business lives, and email them with such vulgar language that your emails are being monitored by the government -- which you tried to make the public think are MY emails being tracked. That nasty (and maybe illegal) attempt to make me a felon backfired, didn't it? It was YOUR filthy emails to me which were quarantined by my server due to the tagged label of "Adult" content. You have admitted you have threatened OH newspaper reporters and OH officials. If anyone's emails are being tracked, they are yours, out of Columbus, OH, by the DOD.
There is NO reason for our responding to your absurd and illegal lies? How about the fact that you began to threaten and warn me about "crossing you" in May, on LinkedIn's email? Then you created BLOG lies about me and my self-sufficiency eco-villages for the stable homeless on Google, etc. I wasn't told about them for over a week, and when I read your despicable lies that "she is running concentration and internment camps for slave labor homeless people who are now her indentured servants for life," I finally had to respond. You were vicious, as usual, in your lies, just as you have been to Ayla for about 2 years. You lie and trash many, but you focus on women: the young/disabled and elderly. For men, you advertise on FB (shared to other sites) for a "hitman" to punch someone in the face for $100, paid through your PayPal account.

Hi there Marjorie, I can really & truly & honestly say that I feel your pain as I believe that Matt Kane & his friend Matt Jones both delusional have taken it upon themselves to make it to my G+ page. As I was responding to a friend who had also commented on a article that I had just read. As I looked there was a name above her's Matt Jones & I say that he must be rather delusional as he flatters himself by saying "Stop stalking me". 1st I was in a state of shock then before I even responded to my friend I let him know how I felt about him coming on to my page & thinking I would even if I had the time want to stalk him. he Isn't even worth the effort that it takes to spit. After I said what I felt I needed to say then responded to my friend. She told me to let it roll off of my back I had every intention of doing so & felt that I had lost him until this morning as I start my week I went back & saw that he had responded to my response to talking about his credentials I didn't read it all I read was the last part something to do with California law & Matt Kane had ended the response. Check it out. I wonder if I am now on his list.

How is it that you can get a job as you claim making films but yet you can't get a job doing something else because of our alleged lies. you are the one hanging yourself with 1 lie after another. Only you can make it stop by stop trying to tarnish the career of a person who is actually doing something meaningful & very important as am I while you in your mind are doing all of these things such as allegedly making film's & spending time with Grammy Nominee. Is that a doll or a puppet. I have a very busy life & it is not meant to be spent on the likes of you right now nor unless I have to.

Their is nothing funny what so ever about being a victim but when you are a Bully crying victim as it is known by others that you are spreading lies about Marjorie let's see if you start trying to do the same thing to me.
So this is what I have to look forward to from Matt. I guess him showing up on my page asking me or telling me to stop stalking him may be the start of this harassment that he loves to bestow on people. Thanks for the heads up if that is the case I look forward to nipping it in the bud or maybe he is that much closer to that giant sinkhole that would give many of his victims some peace.

WARNING: Matthew Berdyck is an extremely dangerous Internet predator with a lengthy criminal record including violent crimes. He currently has active arrest warrants in the state of Ohio. Matthew is extraordinarily mentally ill. He allegedly suffers from severe narcissistic personality disorder and uses the Internet to wreak havoc in order to replenish his narcissistic supply. There have been hundreds and hundreds of documented victims of Matthew's cyberstalking and harassment dating back to 2012. Because Matthew is a homeless drifter, it is nearly impossible for law enforcement to track him down and hold him accountable for his crimes.
If you encounter Matthew Berdyck DO NOT ENGAGE HIM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. He is an extremely dangerous mentally ill Internet predator that will stop at nothing to inflict as much pain and suffering to your real-world life as possible.
